Baby it's Cold outside!

We drove as far as we could go until the road was closed due to snow - the wind was so strong but it felt so great and the view was amazing!

Our Colorado Trip

We had such a great time in Colorado - this is in the Rocky Mountain National Park . . .the lake was still frozen and we attempted to keep from busting it as we slid out to this area! It was such a beautiful day! God is so creative. I think we could have spent days in the park. The only thing that would have made it better would have been having our kids with us. They would have loved the snow!

Mom & Me Mania

FBC Prattville had a 70's "disco" themed banquet for Moms & Sons - the boys had fun dressing up like hippies and we enjoyed a good time together. It was a great reminder to take time out to just enjoy time with your children! There was entertainment, food, fellowship and fun had by all! I am so thankful for my three blessings!

Loving basketball!

All three guys have been able to play Upwards Basketball January-March. They've had practices 3 different nights so it's taken a lot of time but they've had such a great time!

Catching a beautiful sunset

It was absolutely gorgeous the day before Thanksgiving - the evening sky was breathtaking. We had played a great game of baseball out in the yard and sat outside in awe as the Lord painted the sky with such gorgeous colors. I am so blessed to have such a precious family!

Thanksgiving on the Farm

I guess this is becoming a tradition (if we've done it two years in a row, is that a tradition yet?)
My parents have hay bales out in their side field and the kids absolutely love playing on them - we barely saw them. Isaac and his cousin Abbie had such a great time out there and were eager to pose for all of my pictures!

Mandisa Concert

I was able to attend a Christmas concert with a friend that we had served with on the mission field. Mandisa and Matthew West both sang. It was such a great time of worship and listening to beautiful Christmas music. I think my favorite song was "Christmas Makes Me Cry." Praise the Lord for Godly musicians seeking to make an impact in the world.
